STABBING AT THRANDESTON. - A shocking case of this description occurred at Thrandeston, near Eye, on Thursday last, the party charged being Mr. John Micklenburgh, a respectable farmer of that place. It appears some quarrel had arisen between him and a young woman named Mary Baker, when the former, it is alleged, suddenly drew a knife and stabbed her in the left side. The unfortunate woman lies in a very precarious state from the effects of the wound, and Micklenburgh has been apprehended and remanded for examination on Monday next.
