Mary WRIGHT (c. 1833- ). Mary was born c. 1833 in Gissing, Norfolk. She and Walter LANCHESTER had marriage banns published on 26 Jan 1862 in Fersfield, Norfolk. - other dates were 02.02.1862 and 09.02.1862.¹ Mary married Walter LANCHESTER on 10 Feb 1862 in Fersfield.² She appeared in the census in 1871 at The Street in Fersfield - 38, living with husband Walter (40, agricultural labourer) and children Henry (8, scholar), Ann (5, scholar) and James (2).³ She appeared in the census in 1881 at Bateses Lane in Fersfield - 45, living with husband Walter (47, farm labourer) and sons James (12, farm labourer), Horace (9, scholar) and Herbert (7, scholar).⁴ She appeared in the census in 1891 at Bates Lane in Fersfield - 58, living with husband Walter (58, agricultural labourer) and sons Harry (27, agricultural labourer), James (20, agricultural labourer), Herbert (16, agricultural labourer) and William (12, scholar).⁵
