  1. Surname and forename - any string of 2 to 12 letters or spaces that are in any place within the surname field, useful if used when unsure of spellings of names - not case specific (see below for wildcards).
  2. Gender - select either male, female or either for both male and female, or ignore to not consider gender.
  3. Year of birth - enter a number between 1600 and 2000 for the year of birth or leave blank to not consider year of birth - enter +/- from 0 to 10 to give year of birth span (if 0 or null it is ignored).
  4. Month of birth - enter a number between 1 and 12 for the year of birth or leave blank to not consider month of birth.
  5. Day of birth - enter a number between 1 and 31 for the day of birth or leave blank to not consider day of birth.
  6. Marital status - select either married, single, widowed, or ignore to not consider marital status.

  10. Occupation - any string of 2 to 12 letters or spaces that are in any place within the surname field, useful if used when unsure of actual occupation description - not case specific (see below for wildcards).
