He had his estate probated on 25 Nov 1959 in Ipswich, Suffolk - "AGER Harry William of 2 Chapel Road Tolleshunt D'Arcy Essex died 4 November at The General Hospital Lowestoft Probate Ipswich 25 November to Albert William Ruggles retired motor engineer. Effects £1969 11s. 2d.".⁷
