Elsie Florence AGER, daughter of Harry William AGER (1875-1959) and Florence Sarah LIVERMORE (1877-c. 1955), was born c. 1902.¹ She was baptised on 28 Dec 1902 in Kingsbury, Warwickshire. - father in the Evangelist Church Army.² Elsie appeared in the census in 1911 at 115 Oxford Street in Preston, Lancashire - 8, living with parents Harry (35, Church Army Evangelist) and Florence (33), and visitor Kate Croskell (37).³ She was recorded on the 1939 Register living at 58 Mount Street in Diss, Norfolk. - unpaid domestic duties, b. 28.12.1902.⁴ Elsie married Basil R LARKING c. 1947 - reg: Maldon, Essex.⁵ She died on 5 Jan 1956 in Tolleshunt D'Arcy, Essex.⁶ She had her estate probated on 24 Jan 1956 in Ipswich, Suffolk - "LARKING Elsie Florence of 2 Chapel-road Tolleshunt D'Arcy Essex widow died 5 January 1956 Administration Ipswich 24 January to Harry William Ager retired church army official. Basil R LARKING, son of Robert Larking LARKING (c. 1851-c. 1921) and Rebecca Harriett CHAMBERS (c. 1851-c. 1926), was born c. 1891 in Plaistow, Essex. He died c. 1949 in Colchester, Essex.
