William CUPISS (c. 1831- )

William CUPISS, son of Francis CUPISS (1798-c. 1888) and Elizabeth BIDDELL (1799-1866), was born c. 1831. He appeared in the census in 1841 at Mere Street in Diss, Norfolk - 10, living with parents Francis (43) and Elizabeth (42), and siblings Thomas (11), Emily (9) and Catherine (5).¹
