Rosetta PRENTICE (c. 1864- )

Rosetta PRENTICE, daughter of Charlotte SELF (c. 1837-c. 1924), was born c. 1864 in Pulham, Norfolk. She appeared in the census in 1871 at Audly End, Burston, Norfolk in Burston, Norfolk - 7, living with parents Richard (40, farmer of 7 acres) and Charlotte (34), siblings Osborn (11), Reuben (10) and Benjamin (1), and great grandfather Thomas SELF (widower, 93).¹ She appeared in the census in 1881 in Burston - 17, dressmaker, living with stepfather Richard PRENTICE (50, farmer), mother Charlotte PRENTICE, step brother Benjamin PRENTICE (12, scholar), and brothers Osborn C (21, coal porter) and Reuben C (19, agricultural labourer).²
